I offer individual counselling for adults through virtual appointments. If you are new to my practice, please contact me before booking so we can discuss your concerns, your location, and whether my services are a suitable fit.
Fees and payment
$235 per hour
Online appointments: one hour
Payment: credit cards and e-Transfers
Receipts: provided by email

Benefits &
insurance
Your benefit plan may cover some or all of the cost of psychologist services. Coverage and authorization requirements vary between plans.
Before booking, check with your insurer or benefits administrator about coverage for psychologist services, referral or prior-authorization requirements, plan limits, and how to submit a claim.
Please contact me to confirm any billing arrangements you are relying on. A receipt does not guarantee reimbursement by a particular plan.

Video sessions take place using Doxy.me. Choose a private, comfortable place where you can speak without interruptions, and check your device, audio, and internet connection.

Changing an appointment
Please contact me if you need to change an appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms can be clarified before you book.
